MISSED LESSONS

If a lesson is missed for any reason, you have a few options:

1. Zoom during your regular lesson time:

*15 minute private lesson during lesson

*Typically the last 15 minutes of lesson

*Email in advance to ensure arrangements (last minute requests are subject to my seeing it and being able to adjust other lessons as needed)

*Piano not required (I have lots of fun theory games!)

*Zoom Prep to be done prior to lesson if playing piano:

-Device Setup: set up device so that hands, piano keys, and face can bee seen. Prioritize keys and hands. Being able to see the keys is essential

-Sound:

Click the ^ just to the right of the microphone "audio" in the lower left corner of the screen
Select "audio settings"
Scroll to "audio profile" and select "Original sound for musicians" and then "high-fidelity music mode" (do not click echo cancellation or stereo audio)

-Have students binder open to their play post it and a pencil ready to go

2. Send a video prior to lesson time for a video exchange

3. Skip, and we'll see you at the next lesson!

We do not offer refunds, makeups, or credits when a student misses lessons for any reason.
